The Hatcher House offers luxury accommodations & modern amenities in a historic marsh-front dwelling for 8. Hatcher House features 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, and a game room can be converted easily to a 4th bedroom as it provides a full-sized murphy bed.
Watch the sunrise from the sweeping 180-degree views of the surrounding water from the living room, master bedroom, upstairs bedroom, and outdoor seating. We welcome you to enjoy a soothing bath in the tub on the outdoor screened in porch off of the master bedroom! Relax as you soak in the marsh and live oak forest scene. After your day’s excursions, prepare your meals in the chef’s kitchen or ask us for local private chefs.
The Hatcher Cabin was originally constructed in 1870 and a screened in breezeway to a new wing that includes the master bedroom and bath was added later. The breezeway has recently been enclosed with double pane glass windows creating a beautiful and unique air-conditioned living space. This breezeway is also notable because it served as the set of a key scene in a recent film starring Will Smith called Gemini Man.
